With more than 20 years working in real estate, Sandi brings both experience and perspective shaped by a lifelong connection to homes and community. Her background includes over two decades in her family’s construction and renovation business, where she developed a strong understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and improved. That foundation allows her to offer practical, informed guidance to her clients throughout the buying and selling process. She also works closely with local builders and developers, giving her valuable insight into new construction and the evolving Midcoast Maine market.

Since joining RE/MAX in 2006, Sandi has built her business on trust, consistency, and a genuine commitment to the people she serves. In 2008, she partnered with Diane Moyer, beginning a highly successful partnership that spanned 18 years. Throughout her career, Sandi has been a dedicated advocate for both buyers and sellers, but what she values most are the relationships she has built along the way. She is known for her steady approach, practical perspective, and the care she brings to every client interaction. Her dedication to her clients and her profession has earned her a respected reputation throughout the Midcoast real estate community.

Sandi is also deeply involved in the REALTOR® community and is committed to supporting the profession at both the local and state levels. She currently serves as the 2026 President of the Merrymeeting Council of the Mountains to Shore Board of REALTORS®, is President-Elect of the Mountains to Shore Board of REALTORS® for 2027, and serves as a Director for the Maine Association of REALTORS®.
