Change of Agency Application

Instructions

If you are a current member of the Mountains to Shore Board of REALTORS® and have changed your office affiliation, you need to fill out the Change of Agency Application. This insures that your membership record reflects the same company that your license shows on the Maine Real Estate Commission website. Once the change is processed you can reach out to the Maine Association of REALTORS® for assistance with updating your zipForms 622-7501. Please fill out the following form with your NEW agency information.
