Come join us for the Merrymeeting Council March Membership Meeting and CE Class. We will be distributing the affordable housing donations to Tedford Housing and Habitat for Humanity 7 Rivers. The MAR Foundation will be there as well to update on what the Foundation is doing. The Class will be, "MREC Rules Updates & ZipForms Changes" taught by Geoff MacLean. Stay current and confident with MREC Rules Updates & ZipForms Changes. A must-attend course for every Maine real estate professional. In this session, you'll review the latest updates to Chapters 300, 340, 350, 360, 370, 390, 400, and 410, and learn how these changes impact daily practice, broker responsibilities, and agency policies. You'll also explore the upcoming 2026 ZipForms updates to ensure you're fully prepared to navigate new forms with accuracy and professionalism. Light refreshments will be available and be sure to bring your business cards for our drawings.
The meeting and class is complimentary but you will be charged a $25.00 fee if you sign up and do not show.
