2026 WMC Membership Meeting & CE Course

Please join us for the first membership meeting & CE course of 2026.  Come and reconnect with your fellow REALTORS® after the long winter months.  The Course will be, "The Art of Strategic Pricing in Real Estate" taught by Geoff MacLean.  This course will help you master effective pricing strategies that adapt to different market conditions. You'll learn how to analyze current trends, apply key pricing principles, and set values that reflect both property worth and market dynamics. By the end, you'll have the tools to price with confidence, maximize property value, and accelerate sales.  Refunds are not available for this event.

Time

Check in and networking 7:30a, breakfast 8:00a, meeting 8:30a and the class is 9:00 - noon

Pricing

Cost is $25.00 per person with $1.00 of your registration going towards fuel assistance for those in need.  Refunds are not available for this event.
