Please join us for the Lincoln County Council Membership Meeting & CE Course.  The course will be, "Navigating Commission Rulings:  Avoiding Common Transaction Errors" taught by Geoff MacLean.  Are you prepared to safeguard your license?  Delve into real-world case studies of consent agreements resulting from improper actions by real estate licensees.  Join us for a dynamic class where we explore the intricacies of laws and rules, empowering you to avoid sanctions, fines, and the unthinkable suspension or revocation of you license,  Let's continue the discussion with an array of eye-opening examples showcasing real estate practice violations.  This course has been approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission for 3 clock hours.  Refunds are not available for this event.


Time

Check in and Networking begins at 8:00a, Membership Meeting begins at 8:15a and the CE Course is from 9:00a - Noon.
